Turbo Power Services has become an authorised sales and repair centre for JASC gas turbine products. We provide on-site installation/commissioning support, repair, and overhaul services for JASC products.

PURGE AIR CHECK VALVE

The Purge Air Check Valve provides a toggle action when opening and closing, is contamination tolerant, chatter resistant and provides a Class 6 seal in the reverse flow direction. Service at hot gas path inspections.

WATER COOLED LIQUID FUEL CHECK VALVE
With over two million hours of successful operation on all turbine frame sizes, owners who have implemented this system have achieved better than 95% availability and reliability on their back up liquid fuel systems. Service at hot gas path inspections.

WATER INJECTION FLOW PROPORTIONING VALVE
Your “F” class gas turbine can benefit from the elimination of high exhaust temperature spreads and high exhaust temperature trips. This valve design provides zero leakage with its Class 6 seal. Service at hot gas path inspections.

SMART FLOW 3000
Detect leaks on your flame detectors, water injection, on-line compressor wash or water cooled liquid fuel check valve systems. This system provides both audible and electronic notification with flow differentials or discrepancies as low as 0.25 GPM. Turbine operators can program both system flow and alarm settings.
